   Had a really pleasant overnight stay here. The welcome was friendly, the room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was easy to operate - none of that trying to find the precise 100th of a millimeter between blocks of ice or flaying your skin off in boiling water. There's off street parking and even a little bit of breakfast if you want it. Highly recommended

   A lovely peaceful place to stay in Norwich. The hosts were welcoming and helpful, the room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. It’s about a 15-20 minute walk into Norwich town centre, mainly along quiet residential roads. There’s a Tesco Express a few minutes’ walk away if you need anything.

   Three day break in Norwich, we chose to stay at the summer room and it is excellent for a short break everything you could want is catered for and your only a short walk to the centre of Norwich. The owners are lovely people and are on hand if you need anything but you probably wont as everything for your stay is already in place I would definitely recommend the summer room 5☆☆☆☆☆

   Booked for one night prior to a pre inquest hearing at Norwich Coroners Court. Perfect in terms of comfort, amenities, and calm environment to prepare physically and mentally for a difficult day. 7 min walk to pub and local shop. Thank you for your welcome and kindness.

   I highly recommend this room for your stay in Norwich. It was very good value for money, the garden is lovely outside the room and the host very discrete and kind. It’s very spacious and there is a lounge area separate from the room. I was also surprised that the breakfast that you have in the room had a decent variety of things you can have. It wasn’t just tea and some cookies. It has juice, different coffees, cookies, bread, Nutella and scones. In the summer time especially it’s a great choice for you, as you can enjoy the sun from the huge windows.

   Good accommodation although there are too many insects around as it's near the garden. It was very cleaned and well decorated. Hosts are really nice. Good breakfast and wifi connection.

   Lovely, clean, well maintained room furnished to a high standard. Continental breakfast was fresh and a good selection. Perfectly placed for visiting Norwich. Very pleasant and helpful hosts. Would definitely visit again.
