   Absolutely incredible, very reliable and can pick you up in a moments notice. Over the past year I have had two mishaps with coaches to get to the airport; the first time I absolutely panicked, called four different cab companies before this one - two required me to download an app to hail a cab (side bar - not very fun creating an account for something when you are in the throes of panic), but all of them required more notice and wouldn’t send a cab. I called these guys and was on the road in under ten minutes all the way to Heathrow! The second time - I slept through my alarms (so cliche it hurts a little), but I stayed calm, called these guys and boom! On the road in 15 minutes! I can thankfully say I am boarding my plane today and my mom isn’t going to kill me for missing Christmas all thanks to these guys!! You’re so wonderful, and I can’t thank you enough!

   Terrible service . I booked a taxi 24 hrs in advance . It didn’t turn up and they denied receiving my call , even though I can prove that I rang them . Won t use them again !

   I called this taxi company today to pre book a cab. I was asked where I wanted cab from and where I was going to. Admittedly it was a short distance, but it was too far for me to walk due to my artritic hip. I was told there was no cab in the area???? I was pre booking??? I'm guessing it was too short a journey for them to bother. Shame they don't consider I won't use them again and I certainly will not recommend.

   Awful service, promised to collect us from a wedding at 11.45pm and then when i called them at 11.50pm to find out where they were, 'Jay' said he was too busy and was terminating the job! He knew i had children with me and just hung up the phone. Do not use!

   We have used Sean and the adur cab co every year to take us to Gatwick (and back) for our holidays. Always prompt and with a confirmation call two days prior to departure. Sean is always kind, sensitive and efficient. He always stops when asked if we need provisions and even got us some milk when we had no money. I would recommend this cab company to anyone.
