Would give 1 star for answering the phone ... really don't deserve that. 40 mins wait for a cab ludicrous. Think it was because only short distance as we had disabled person with us !! Would never ever contact them again, nor advise anyone else to use them.

We received a first class service from SPH taxis yesterday afternoon whose driver met and collected us at Gatwick Airport and took us home to Steyning. There was a delay in the baggage being off loaded from the plane of over 45 minutes and the driver who was in contact with us waited very patiently. The driver was a credit to the company as he was friendly, polite and helped us with our cases. Outstanding.
