   Booked a taxi 2 days in advance, to take us to lancing station for a pre-booked train. Lady said "that's all booked for you". Stood outside waiting for taxi which didn't arrived, when I phoned they said there was no booking. Took a more lucrative fare maybe? Thankfully we were able to walk to station in time.

   Terrible experience. I booked a cab 24 hours before it was required. 5 minutes before it was due (at 9pm) I was called to say Taxi Link had no drivers. This left my teenage child stuck in Worthing with no cab despite booking 24 hours previously. Do not use this company if you need your cab to turn up when you need it ! It’s not the first time they have let me down but never this badly

   I m giving 1 star because there is no 0 option I booked a taxi last week,Friday 4th October for 2pm pick up,whilst booking I stressed the importance of being punctual as I had an hospital appointment. At 2 pm , no car turned up, I called the office, the operator simply told me the car was on its way and hanged up on me. I then called the driver, she stated that she was in front of my house. When I told her that wasn't the case, she panicked and realised she was at the wrong address. I told her to please hurry up as I was going to miss my hospital appointment. She turned up after 15 min, so 25 min late with a tiny Toyota ( pretty sure that car is not licensed for taxi use) and with a flat tyre....Speechless... Never experienced in all my life anything like that. Luckily, I managed to grab another taxi driving by who felt sorry for my predicament. Absolutely disgusting

   Pre-booked a taxi to the airport for the early hours of the morning with 2 additional pick ups. Reconfirmed the day before. Taxi was then late and when I called up was told there was no booking for me...driver arrived 10 mins late and was annoyed with me as I hadn't provided a mobile number (I was never asked for one!) He explained he was late because he had wanted to change the agreed pick ups. Journey went well and we made up the time but it was stressful!

   Very disappointed with the taxi link lancing....I called at 7 to book a taxi for 8.30 and they said okay ...at 8.35 nobody call to I to say it's gonna be delay..and when I called them ,they said it's gonna be 20min...very unprofessional .and they hang up when you ask thenm,.I do not recommend this company to any one

   These clowns don't know what they're doing. Book a taxi for 9am get told thats fine only to call again at 9 telling me it'll be 20 minutes! Honestly how people are allowed to open businesses is beyond me.

   Ordered a taxi, booked it two hours beforehand for an appointment I needed to attend. Failed to turn up. When I called they said was delayed by 15 minutes which meant I would miss my appointment and incurred a fee. Poor service. Unreliable. Do not use unless you don't mind what time you arrive.

   I booked a cab the day before and it was confirmed but the taxi arrived ten minutes late on the day and I only just caught my train. Just as well I had allowed extra time in case... I will go elsewhere next time.

   Girl answered the phone laughing....finished laughing with her mate then was silent for ten seconds? Had to ask if I had the right number...called Arrow taxis instead obvious not on the ball
