   Great experience from start to finish. I am no mechanic and normally take my cars into a garage for everything. This time I needed to change the rear lamps on my son’s Exige so I thought I would try it myself. Great communication from Ian who assured me the parts I ordered would fit and would be “plug and play”. They arrived quickly, packaged well and fit easily. When I was too stupid to understand how to fit them Ian was there again offering help. I would definitely recommend This supplier

   Don’t normally leave reviews but since buying my Lotus 10 years ago I’ve used a couple of companies for parts for the car and I have to say Elise Parts Ltd is definitely the place to go. Recently I’ve been looking for a few specialist parts and tried everywhere, even Lotus approved sites and got no response! Elise parts didn’t have the parts on their web site but I decided to drop them an email anyway. After a couple of hours Ian had replied to say they may be able to help. The following day the parts had been ordered from Lotus direct and turned up a few weeks later. ( Lotus have quite a slow turn around) Absolute 1st class service from Elise Parts and great communication from Ian. Thanks again

   Really good service and a great stock of Lotus parts which are becoming very hard to find. Great website with good product images and clear part descriptions. Its worth waiting and bundling up your order as delivery can be disproportionally expensive.

   Great service and good products however £8.64 for standard delivery of small parts (that weight nothing and would fit into a post box) is slightly ridiculous. I could understand it for next day delivery or for large items but for small stuff it is clearly very expensive. Would much rather pay per parcel, if i need a exhaust delivering fine charge me £50 postage but if i need some hinge bearings or another small part just stick it in an envelope. Overall great company and products but makes you want to look elsewhere when they are charging that per order on delivery.

   I’ve just bough first Lotus and needed quite a few parts to refresh the Elise. Eliseparts were brilliant from start to finish. Helpful, supportive and cared about making sure O ordered the right parts and that they were delivered promptly and undamaged. 10/10. Great company and great staff

   Ordered new exhaust parts online (easy process and quick delivery) but when fitted by local garage the exhaust pipes were misaligned. Garage assured me they had fitted the parts correctly and were unable to level the pipes. I contacted EliseParts and Ian sent photos of which bits the garage could adjust, but they were still unable to rectify the issue. I contacted Ian again and he offered to have a look himself if I was prepared to drive the 80 miles to their offices. I went today and he cured 99% of the misalignment, even though it wasn’t really their responsibility. What’s more, he didn’t charge for the work. Now that is excellent customer service! Needless to say, I thoroughly recommend Elise Parts!
