   Paid for next day delivery. Waited in all day the following day. Had a message to say it is out for delivery but never arrived. Got pulled from person to person like the online customer service who said couldnt help. Then gave me phone number to ring. By this time its 7pm and were shut. I think i have the right to speak to a member of staff after paying for next day delivery and it dosent show up. Estimated delivery time was 13:00 to 16:00. All the info i get by the tracking app is sorry for the delay and your trying to deliver today. After paying for next day delivery and telling me its on its way is a joke when its not.

   Awful company! I recieved no updates about my delivery, but happened to be home the day they showed up, as i was sick. At the time i didn't know APC were delivering, but seeing the van i listened for a knock at the door, nothing. A day later, i looked on Amazon to see when it was due. It said APC delivery attempted. They did not knock and didn't leave a card. I had no tracking number either. The seller arranged for me to collect today. They couldn't find it and even forgot i was there for 25 mins. They said they'd call when they found it. No call. I called them, no answer! Surprise, surprise. So, that's a £200 heater gone. No heating for me over Christmas or the past week. Someone in the waiting room had had a similar experience. Reply - He did deliver it this evening, thank you. It's just a shame that i had to write a negative review to get it. Thanks anyway.

   Absolutely terrible service. They are meant to collect between 3-4. They rock up when they like. They owe us credits for consignments they didn’t deliver that didn’t even leave the depot. The accounts department just ignore us yet continue to invoice us. The depot say what you want to hear but not actually the truth!!!! As far as couriers go they are pretty shocking.

   Adam answered the customer helpline and helped us sort out an issue really quickly, providing photographs and location info. Rare these days for companies to invest in having a customer helpline, and to have someone happy and able to help on the other end!

   Ive waited in all day today to receive a delivery from First logistics. It is now padt 6pm and no delivery or call/ email. You offer no am or pm time slots, no call from the driver to give an hour or two notice like the majority of respectable courier companys. The first delivery driver tried to coerce me into excepting the delivery when the box had a massive hole to one corner where I could clearly see damage to the desk where someone droped it. He told me he wont get paid otherwise. I will now claim a retrospective refund for this appalling service you have given me today.

   Pathetic! I am really disappointed with them. They could not find my address and every-time the reason is same the intercom is not working. They are attaching wrong gate photos in the delivery. I have given them the instruction(gate pin) and my personal phone number too still they can't find my address and can't call me. They does not seems serious with their business. I recommend not to do business with this company. When you call them they will lie about the delivery status. One person said it will be delivered tomorrow and when I called next day they said they have returned the order to the sender. Because they need extra money to attempt the delivery.    Job well done! I was expecting a parcel today between 11.15 and 1.15pm and when it was not delivered by 2pm, which is unusual for APC, I called your office and spoke to Gemma. She was extremely helpful and explained my parcel had been attempted to be delivered but could not gain access, I explained I had been in all morning as I really needed the package of First Aid manuals for a class I am running tomorrow and that the buzzer must not be working, she went out of her way to trace the parcel and driver and arranged for a swift re-delivery, the delivery driver Craig was also a great help by calling me to let me know he was on his way back with my delivery and kept me updated with his arrival. Can I just say that as a business owner myself, these are the kind of people we all need working for us, nothing was to much trouble for either of them, they were polite and really helpful and a credit to the team and your business. Well done Gemma and Craig, I really appreciate you getting my package to me today as promised.

   APC are by far the best delivery i have worked with! Their customer service team are friendly and helpful and so efficient at solving any queries. Managing an aesthetics business, our products come in ice contained packaging and we have never had issues with this being delayed or not when we expected! The team go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly and they understand the stress of running a business! The delivery drivers are so friendly! Can't fault APC, thank you guys!
