Excellent customer service from start to finish. Judging a company on how they deal with issues when things don’t go to plan, I feel is more appropriate than praise for just doing the job you expected. That’s where true service becomes apparent. AC Schnitzer exhaust and diffuser. They weren’t cheap, but well worth it. Professional technicians and team working out of a very well presented site. Comfortable waiting area and for those of us who can’t seem to leave work behind, a separate office space to keep the work wheels in motion. I have no hesitation in recommending Mike and his team, and will be back for more fettling.
What an absolute superb place this is! I had some new alloys fitted to my G31. Really nice premises. Very professional staff with lots of knowledge. Couldn't ask for a better service and I definitely will be coming back for some more mods. Thankyou.
Absolutely fantastic service from the team at Motech Performance, took my wifes Mini countryman JCW there for a new Remus opf back race exhaust, Eibach lowering springs, Motech M-W1 19 inch Gloss black alloys with Yokohama V107's, one off custom centre caps and a K&N panel filter. The Motech team have just installed my new Remus exhaust and I’m absolutely made up with it. Mike was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and happy to give me a tour of the garage to check out some additional future purchases. I was able to do some work in their purpose built customer office whilst the exhaust was installed, the whole process felt effortless from start to finish. Motech 10 out of 10 yet again. I’ve had full paint correction and ceramic coating done months ago and it still beading a dream. I’m back today for full floating Tarox brakes. I cannot fault Mike and the team at Motech in any way, professional, honest and polite.. not much more you could ask for! Fantastic service!
Collected my fully detailed Motech Edition M135i from Motech and my experience from start to finish was superb. Accommodated all my requests with no fuss. They do absolutely fantastic work from workshop to the detailing bay. Why would go go anywhere else?!
