   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic service! Moto Tec Motorist Centre were incredibly helpful when my car broke down right outside their shop today. The team came straight out to help me, found the part I needed, and even called a mechanic to get it fixed. They really looked after me, and their prices were great too. Excellent customer service — highly recommended!

   Felt like I wasn’t taken seriously, the reg I gave him for my car didn’t work on his system (which I checked on the website later and worked no problem) as I looked on my phone to double check I’d given him the right information, he immediately served another customer and then took a phone call as I stood waiting, i understand serving people in a timely manner but give people a chance to check before making them stand around waiting again.

   Just bought Bosch fuel filter. A few quid. But I had excellent customer service from the guy who manages Moto tec shop. Great knowledge regarding car parts quality. He kindly explain me what's the difference between filters and how to choose best option. He was very professional and friendly. These days hard to find such good people.    Went in today for help with a broken windscreen wiper....staff were friendly and had good banter. After realising the wiper was too long due to my specialist car they quickly and efficiently changed it at no extra cost...good price and enjoyed my visit. Would recommend over Halfords etc any day! Thanks
