NEVER EVER order anything off these bunch of scam artists, ordered through B&Q 20L of oil, thinking it was safe, but 2/3 weeks on from ordering nothing has came, have been given two different dispatch dates and still no item. Emailed them no response, believe every other review on here, they're really a scam company.
Ordered antifreeze from their ebay store. They took my money and marked the item as dispatched very quickly. The item did not arrive 3 days after the latest delivery date so I message them. Zero response. The following day I messaged again, zero response.......1 week later no responses. Called their email shop phone number, fake phone number and fake tracking. Called their google phone number like 50 times, zero responses using all the options. Got an email response after finding their customer services email address. Several days later got an email apologies saying the item has been lost in transit. This company is a complete joke. If I could give them zero stars I would. They have only responded after reporting them to ebay. Please save your money and the stress, avoid this company at all cost.
Really wish I'd read these reviews before I ordered with these guys via B&Q. What little communication I've had was contradictory. No sign of what I've paid for. They claim they have dispatched while at the same time saying the courier has not yet collected. The courier says they are waiting for the package. No response to trying to cancel the order. Fortunately I've used Paypal and will resolve this through that route.Save yourself the bother, spend the extra few quid and order from someone else if you have any urgency for your order at all. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
So I ordered some coolant via their eBay shop on 4/8/24 which never arrived. The tracking number shows that the item hasn’t even been collected by DPD at the time of writing this review (23/8/24). Tried opening a return request which ran out as I can’t return something I never received. I have tried contacting them multiple times via email and phone and no answer on all fronts. They have taken my money and not supplied the goods. Can’t leave no stars unfortunately but I’d advise everyone to stay well clear of these con merchants. Absolutely disgusting excuse of a company on all fronts. The people running this company need banging up from reading the other reviews. God awful, terrible!!!!!
Absolutely appalling customer service. I purchased 2 items from the Ebay shop. The oil was totally the wrong one. I opened s return, they told me that I had to close the return for them to send me the right oil. I did so but they didn't do so. No integrity a bunch of liars. The second item, an engine flush. It took over 7 days to arrive. When it arrived the bottom was smashed and it was leaking. The do not have any customer service skills, avoid this company.
I ordered engine oil from these guys on the 3rd of December and was told it would be delivered by the 10th. The tracking showed it was out for delivery but nothing arrived so I carried on waiting and then received and email on the 24th saying it had been delivered but it it didn’t arrive. I checked the tracking to see if there’s a photo of where they left it and there wasn’t one. I contacted Evri who apologised and said the item must have been left in an unsafe place and to contact the sender for a refund or a replacement. Throughout this month I’ve been contacting these guys and sent screenshots of my emails with Evri but they aren’t bothered and will not issue a refund or send out replacement items. Stay away from these crooks !
They aren't willing to deal and help with a delivery mistake. It will never be a respectable genuine UK COMPANY if they keep doing what they do but a cheap import export business only.
I can 100% recommend these guys for these reasons: 1. Very good price on oils, VW 507, fantastic price. 2. Shipping, free same day dispatch and using reputable Next Day delivery. 10/10.
I've recently started using Carousel because they supply the oils and additives. And on both occasions the Service has been excellent, they were quick to help out with a query I asked and I would have given 5 Starts but the packaging has been a little, shall we say "bereft" of stuffing allowing the items to rattle around and get slightly damaged, so I'm hoping that will improve for my next order. Apart from that I have no qualms about recommending them to anyone looking for oils etc etc.
