    I purchased a HP printer from this store on the 17th of November last year, I found nearly all the staff to be unhelpful, they all just seemed to be hanging around and not asking any customers if they needed help. The one member of staff who did shout over to me to ask if I needed help was on the repair section, she could see me stood just there being ignored, the staff member was called Emma and she was very helpful, she asked if I would need cartridges with the printer as it only came with starter ink. She looked on the Curry’s system, and brought me across the cartridges which the system had said were compatible. I only needed to change the cartridges just before Christmas as I was using the starter ones until then, when I went to change the cartridges I realised they were not the compatible ones, as it was showing up as an error on the printer. I have only just today been able to get to the store after Christmas to see what could be done, I was stood around again, with staff that just seemed to be hanging around being unhelpful. When I explained the situation, I was met with the policy of the cartridges being not within 28 days of purchase so they could not be exchanged, so had to pay a further Β£41 for the correct ones. I just find it completely unfair that although it wasn’t Emma’s fault who sold me the cartridges, it wasn’t actually my fault either that I had been sold the wrong cartridges leaving me Β£38 out of pocket with cartridges that I can do nothing with!

    Yesterday we came into store as I had a problem with my laptop. Lucas went above and beyond to help and assist us. Not only did he help with my existing laptop but gave great guidance on what laptop would be a great replacement. We will be heading back for the black friday sale!     Went into store hoping for advice on which Smart TV to buy. Browzed a while - zero staff came to enquire if we needed help. Loads of staff hanging around the front desk but not out in the shop floor. Finally dragged an unwilling staff member over to ask about a particular TV we were interested in but it wasn’t set up so he obviously wasn’t going to do that for us. Mustn’t have wanted the sale. Really appalled at the attitude of the staff. They must hate their jobs. Happy to help? Not a chance! We left empty handed.

    Relatively small compared with other branches and the staff didn't have as good a grasp of technical details of operation of my Chromebook/printer compatibility query as I would have liked.

    Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional customer service. I went into the Crewe store and purchased 3 items on Tuesday. I was told they would be ready to collect after 5pm on Thursday. I am disabled and in permeant pain, making a special journey to collect my order. It was not there. Nobody had the common courtesy or professionalism to tell me my purchases have not arrived in store. I have now had to continuously chase this up.     DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM CURRY'S!!!!!!!!!!!! Their customer service is non existent if you have a problem. I tried to return a faulty kettle, which I have only had 5 months, it is glass and has cracked, they refused to take it back because of "health and safety" , are you having a laugh, I managed quite well to get the kettle to the store without severing any arteries. I will NEVER buy anything else from them, they've just lost a Β£1,000 sale for refusing to replace a kettle costing Β£35, WELL DONE!!!!!! Had to give 1 star, they deserve NONE. Look online at the poor reviews if you don't believe me.

    This is one of Curry's modern, airy stores. There is good space to look at the products and there are a lot of them. Staff don't hassle you when you are browsing but are helpful if you need advice.

    Spacious and well-stocked store. Unfortunately, the staff let it down. When trying to pre-order something I was promised a call back that never happened, and they seemed to be unable to do anything apart from very basic transactions. Not sure if it was an issue with training, their systems, or just a lack of effort from those I dealt with. One of the advisors was plain rude and shouldn't be working in a customer-facing role. After three visits I gave up and ordered online, which was far easier. I won't be going back to this store unless I really have to.

    We went to purchase a new hob at the weekend. After being assisted quickly and efficiently by one of the floor staff, we were then passed over to a member of staff called Gabriel to take payment at the till. He asked for all our personal details address and email address. I was a little reluctant to give out our personal details and just asked for a printed receipt instead. He was obviously annoyed at me questioning the process but rather than reassure me he was very rude. He had a bad attitude and was impatient with us. I understand that it’s company policy to ask for our details but there’s no excuse for the attitude. It left a bad taste and has put me off shopping at currys altogether.
