Never use this company. Bought battery E bay 4 year guaranteed. The magic eye glass has disappeared.Get in touch and explain.Send photos. It clearly shows the travel bungs removed but they say that they are still present in photo.Therfore not replacing it and refuse to communicate further. Buyer beware the guarantees are worthless and the batteries are not fit for purpose.

Like all other buyers my battery failed. Under 1 year. But never kept charge from start. For those who want to buy.. DON'T. For those who have bought. Report to Rogue Traders or Rip of Britain. Mention Ebay as it's not possible to leave negative comments or claim there when things go wrong later than a month. Buy with Credit Card. Then maybe complain to Credit Card company about goods unfit for purpose. Got to stop these scammers.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They do not honour there warranty. Asked me to return the faulty battery at my expense then had no communication from them after many ebay messages from me and I know they received the returned battery. Absolute rip off seller.

Be careful when attempting to buy battery from this company. They sell faulty batteries. I bought battery for my son’s car, the day he used it, the battery died on him, AA had to toll him back home due to the battery being faulty. Despite showing this company AA’s report they refused to acknowledge that they had sold me faulty battery, avoid them at all costs

Battery 2 years old, came with 4 year warranty, seller don't respond, appears not interested, had it tested locally says replace, beware.

Don't buy if you want your start-stop to work in a few months... Most reviews are written quite soon after purchase. I bought 2 batteries from their eBay store; one for a Mini Cooper and one for a VW Tiguan, both with Start-Stop technology. Within a few months, the start-stop wouldn't work on either car. Took both cars to the garage and they diagnosed the battery was failing to hold sufficient charge. The garage checked both vehicles alternators and charging system and both were fine - it is the battery that is at fault on both cars. But isn't there a 5 year warranty?... funnily enough, the seller doesn't want to know. He initially gave lots of excuses, said he would contact the manufacturer, blah blah blah - now won't reply and isn't interested in returning the batteries under warranty at all. They are less than 2 years old. I'm happy to change this review if the seller wants to help sort this out.

update i got my money back through ebay and my bank, he still has a ccj in the company name and his alias i think he goes by, ironic people like this treat people and the system with utter contempt, worse still is trading standards have done nothing to help despite many reports to them over the years, makes you wonder so use your credit card to pay if your daft enough like me to buy off this fraudster, at least your covered......same story i have tonight issued a county court summons against his companies and him personaly, will let you know out come, he has many sudo names and compamies, i took him to court i did get my money back through ebay and the bank, so he lost in the end, and i would say ask your bank to step in and try to reverse the transaction, they will nearly always try and do it, dont let these scammers get away with your hard earned money

Ordered a pair of batteries through eBay back in July with the promise of next day delivery and 3 year warranty. The batteries took 4 weeks to arrive and when I opened them one was a dead unit. I messaged through eBay straight away and was asked to provide pictures which I did then had no reply since. Good prices but useless at communication and customer service

Similar experience as one of the previous reviewers. Bought a car battery from them which turned out to be rubbish, wouldn't hold charge. Supposed to be a 4 year warranty. After endless emails and 2 phone calls where I got absolutely nowhere, I ended up sending it back to them, only to be told that the battery was fine. I'd already bench tested it with a tester which showed it wouldn't hold any charge. They stop any further communications and string the dispute out so that it is no longer covered by eBay or PayPal. Their after sales service is non-existent, I wouldn't go anywhere near this company, they are totally disreputable.
