   Had mobile tyre fitted by halford, since then being having tyre pressure sensors on. Have tried to reset it but still comes on. Was told by different mechanic that I have to go to halford for them to fix it because they changed the tyre. Went there this morning, just to find out how to go about it . met a female staff member at the till who didn’t even allow me to finish talking. Rudely said, you shouldn’t be here. With a harsh tone, she said , We can’t do anything about it . Go to the garage and gave me a number to contact. Very poor customer service.

   Excellent service and very friendly staff. Went in for a rear bulb and had a free ten point check which revealed a blown front bulb which I hadn’t realised. Would recommend.

   Amazing service yesterday (believe it was Joe and Frenchie, apologies if I'm misremembering) who sorted us out from start to finish when our battery had died and we hadn't got a clue how/what to do! Replaced it for us and helped us figure out the reboot to get all the little faults fixed. We'd have been stuck over a hundred miles from home without them, so sincerely cannot thank them enough or recommend them more highly! Absolute credit to the company, Halfords are lucky to have such a good team

   Staff at Halfords Kettering were very helpful and efficient when fixing 2 chips on my windscreen and doing a free winter car check. They fitted me in without a wait despite me being 1 hour early for the appointment. Very happy. Would recommend.
