   Fantastic service from Arrow .Easy to use phone service. I used them a few times in the last week.As soon as I booked they were there .Just brilliant. They made my life so much easier as I didn't have a car for a few days .I would recommend them everytime. Thank you Arrow xx

   Do not use if travelling alone at night! Customer service was great when I pre-booked an airport pick up for late at night - I was told they would track the flight and they would meet us in arrivals. When we arrived at the airport, the taxi driver was nowhere to be seen and when I called up the automated message said the driver 20 mins away - the operator said they would message the driver and they would call me - they didn't. After multiple phone calls to both the driver and the operator (on one occasion the driver hung up on me and it was clear he didn't have my flight details as he was surprised we had landed already) the driver finally arrived. I asked if seeing as they were late if they could cover the cost of the £5 parking as this hadn't been included. The operator said that they could work something out with the driver. When I mentioned this to the driver he started shouting at me! If it hadn't been the middle of night we wouldn't have got in the taxi! Worst customer service ever! I was left feeling intimidated and worried for the journey home.

   We booked Arrow to be with us all day as a driver and to take us to a funeral and wake in London and then bring us home to Brighton. Our driver was just wonderful. His car was sparkling clean. He was polite and an excellent driver. He made a sad day very pleasant and I was very impressed with Arrow, there service and the price for the day. Can't recommend them enough.

   Pre booked a taxi hours before needed for 5.15 the driver rang to say he couldn’t find me even though the full address had been provided. I made him aware I’m new to the area and also had 2 young children waiting in the rain. The operator said a taxi would be there again within 5 mins or they would send the original one back. 45 mins later no one had come to collect us still and when I rang I was told I was 3rd in the queue and would have to wait 15 more mins at least!!!! Lazy drivers who can’t be bothered to use a sat nav. Nothing can be done because the drivers are self employed and the company takes no responsibility for their drivers behaving like this. Definitely not black cab standard at all! Thanks for leaving us in the middle of nowhere in the rain despite pre booking hours before. 0/10

   Booked a taxi with Arrow Link the night before, requested a taxi for 6:50am with a drop off at Shoreham Station and then to take me to work. Taxi didn’t arrive until 7:10am with zero apology from the driver, despite me saying we no longer needed to go to the station as my partner had driven herself there as the taxi wasn’t on time. Prior to the driver arriving I rang the operator to advise we’d no longer need the drop off as the taxi was too late for my partner to make her train and the response was “Oh okay - tell the driver.” Awful customer service all round. Also, despite no longer making a stop off, the journey also cost £5 more than predicted on the phone.

   Worst taxi company I've ever used. I'll never call them again. Call centre is rude and useless and you need to HOPE your taxi turns up. Just walk it.
