It took two weeks and a lot of emails back and forth receive my roof bars, when they state that I will take 2/3 day, if it wasn't for me chasing them up after 3 days, I think I would be still waiting for them, if you have got time on your hands and not in a rush for anything then they will be ok to buy from,

AVOID AT ALL COSTS — Worst Experience with a Parts Supplier Absolutely terrible experience. I provided my full registration details to ensure correct parts, but it went completely wrong from the start. First, they only sent one brake disc instead of two. Their own packing slip confirmed it was their mistake — not a courier issue like they tried to claim. I asked for a tracking number for the second disc, but never received anything. It never arrived, and I missed my MOT deadline because of it. Then to make things worse, the one disc they did send was the wrong size — completely unusable. So even if both had arrived, I still couldn’t have fitted them. Utter disaster from start to finish. I believe I dealt with someone named Samantha — incredibly rude and unhelpful throughout. Zero accountability and poor communication. This was hands-down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Avoid this company at all costs. This was an online eBay purchase
Great customer service. Had a slight manufacturer fault in a product I bought from them, they arranged for replacement parts to be sent very quickly which arrived within 2 days. Would definitely recommend and would use again.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!! Ordered an awning through their Ebay store. Not received, no communication from them. I've escalated the claim with Paypal. Still no response from the company. Tried ringing the shop. The phone number does not work. Next step is with small claims court. If I don't get a full refund.
Placed order for collection. No reply to any messages. Phone number goes straight to answer phone. I drove in total an hour only to find out they sold me an item that they don't have in stock. Waste of (expensive) fuel, and has cost me the price of an MOT test as well.
Got some car paint at a really good price, wasn't sure about the colour and customer service advisor was so helpful. Product arrived in 2 days and was perfect.
Ordered 12 aerosol tins of satin black paint. Sent gloss. They didn't believe me so I sent photos. Now they expect me to return the paint they sent incorrectly before they will sent what I ordered and paid for. I do not want 12 tins of black gloss paint. I have been robbed.
Completely dissatisfied with this company. Ordered some H1 bulbs from their Amazon store front at a cost of £12.30 ish and recieved H7 bulbs with a value of £7.00. I have tried calling the number provided three times, sent two emails and heard nothing back. I'm not bothering to return the H7s as I will keep them as spares - I just want the difference refunded and never to deal with this company again. A note to their response... The email from Amazon came this evening, shortly before you posted your reply. Funny that. I'm not bothered about the money - more annoyed you can't tell the difference between H1 and H7 bulbs or answer your telephone.
