   Every time I open the app is says they're not able to take bookings at this time. What's the point of being a cab company with no cars available ever? Stopped bothering.

   Use zoom taxi yesterday as the rain stopped me using my mobility scooter up to yesterday the drivers was fantastic, but I was told by the driver they are not allowed to touch the customer, I am in my 80 and have back problem need a bit of help to get out of the car which I did not get, it seems this company want people only healthy people,will never use this company again.

   Called a taxi from the hospital for me and my son to get him home for dinner then bed early for school tomorrow, they said 20 minutes on the phone so phoned after 25 minutes to see where they were and no answer after an hour then when they picked the phone up they tell me that the problem was a system crash but why not pick the phone up to tell me this, the women operating the phone was so rude it's unbelievable never using them again

   awful rude taxi driver , continuously parking over our drive , have got a nice courteous sign on our drive post , my hubby is in his 80s , and is ill , and has several drs and Hospital apps , and tried to drive out this morning , and had a job to get out , we have been so patient , as this has gone on for months , i hate to complain , but i phoned this morning , and no one available , and the phone was put down , rather quickly . On the web site , they say they take all complaints seriously ? I don't think so !!!!
