    Staff did nothing but lie and fob me off with excuses and were caught on camera by myself on several occasions where they would falsely call the police stating I had committed crime when I hadnt. One member of staff also broke data protection protocol and gossiped about a personal situation of mine which could have only come from reading my file.(the information given is the fact that i am a recovering alcoholic)At that time I also had evidence of members of staff showing behaviour of being on drugs and I am a fully qualified drugs and alcohol support worker myself.

    I forget how long I was there. I was on the vodka at the time. But thankyou BBzh. You guys saved my life. And 17 years later I've got that life and done wonderful things...including starting a homeless shelter btw. Absolutely best wishes to ALL staff and residents.     Stayed at the bridge House hotel over night and had a wonderful time,the host was very accomatatimg would recommend and river bank with paddle boarding was amazing

    Always trouble and noise, swearing, fighting at night. I have to cross the road where I live so I don't have to bump into them and ask me for money or fags. You might get a little bit of peace, depending on who moves in to and moves out of the place. I also see alot of ambulances and cop car parked outside.

    Staff were brillant but the only thing that let it down is most of the residents are on drugs or booze still very safe compared to some of the ones i have been in

    Bishopbridge House is a Direct Access Hostel for homeless people in Norwich, run by the charitable organisation, St Martin's Housing Trust. The staff are absolutely excellent and incredibly knowledgable and helpful on a wide range of housing and homelessness issues.
