Very friendly and effective. There's a good reason this is the only homelessness service in Suffolk with more than a 2 star rating. Friendly staff who do what they can, and treat the homeless like human beings rather than like commodities or unruly cattle.
Very helpful, professional, supportive staff, doing an admirable job for disadvantaged people in Ipswich. Ipswich Housing Action Group is based at the Chapman Centre, closeby the town centre. Their committed & could caring staff bear the brunt of the burden of all the problems caused in the town by its useless, unhelpful, disaffected, & smugly complacent Borough Council's so-called 'Housing Department', not to mention the scam businesses pretending to assist the town's homeless. (I.e; Anglia so-called 'CARE' Trust). Unfortunately, I was prevented from using their full Services because I was already a tenant with Anglia Care Trust, who were as much assistance to me as a hole in the head.

We Go to this store when ever we are in Ipswich my wife likes going round the store to see what bargain are on offer and she always finds something
