I love how they notify me my parcel is ready for collection 1 MINUTE after they close !!! They may aswell say " come and get it tomorrow" but I guess that will conflict with their Tracked 48
Opening times are really unhelpful cant see why if people are working in depot or need work cant open say 6pm to 7pm?,or similar? Would be well used for sure many say the same.
It’s never open. Even when the website it says it should be.
Would be better if they were open more and at times more convenient to collect parcels. When they are open, always helpful and efficient.
Had to phone Royal Mail to ask if post person could deliver letters etc to individual flats,there answer was yes as that is the usual delivery program...
Most helpful staff, tracked item not received by me. Took time to investigate and found the number belonged to a different address. Following up and will ring me. Best start to day.
If a parcel needs a signature get whoever is delivering it to actually knock on the door rather than just post a slip saying a signature is required, also they don't answer the phone when you call them to try and sort it out.
