   My husband and I recently visited Tredz to buy my very first bike for Christmas, and I honestly couldn’t fault the experience. Buying a bike felt really overwhelming as a beginner, but the team made it feel easy, relaxed and enjoyable. We could have bought online, but the in-store experience was worth every bit. A huge thank you to Ifan — his enthusiasm, knowledge and genuine passion for cycling were the reason we came back. He was completely non-judgmental, which allowed me to ask questions or express concerns and he really wanted to make sure I was happy and confident before buying or even leaving the store. He took the time to focus on all the small details to make sure my bike was set up properly, which meant a lot to me. Because I felt so supported, I also invested in the right clothing and accessories from the store. That level of care is rare, and it’s exactly why we chose to buy here instead of online or elsewhere. We’ll definitely be returning customers and recommending Tredz to friends and family. If you’re a beginner feeling overwhelmed, this is absolutely the place to go. Diolch i chi Ifan.

   Really poor service and aftersales from Tredz, box and bike arrived in terrible condition and damaged, contacted Tredz and was told it would be sorted but never heard anything back and now left having to sort the issues with the bike myself. Ive contacted via live chat, by email and by telephone all with the promise of someone getting back to me which simply does not happen. Not good at all.

   We had a fantastic experience in store Saturday, great knowledgeable, friendly staff, full of advice. John helped us with frame size and spec and showed us what we needed too! My son picked his new bike and is in love with it! It fits him perfectly, with room to grow and is just what he needs for his new hobby and cycling club. Overall can’t praise this store enough, will definitely head back there when we need our next bike!

   I’m extremely satisfied with their online shop where they keep the customers updated with what’s happening with their order at all stages. I’ve ordered a bike worth £5750 and it arrived well packaged with some extra bits to help with the assembly after 2 days! Honestly, the service at Tredz is second to none! This is how every bike shop should be run!

   Absolutely shocking service from Tredz. The people ON the phones are nice and helpful but the product and aftercare is abysmal. My bike I purchased had a faulty part, causing issues when riding they arranged for the bike to be collected- which the delivery driver refused to collect as he didn’t have enough space in his van…despite collection being 1-5pm and him arriving at 9:45 am. Bike was eventually collected, “fixed” returned without being risen tested and same issue was still there, bike collected, assessed “fixed” then returned WITHOUT pedals! This is over the course of months, with me having to take the bike to a local shop twice for issues arising from the bike. I rely on my bike for commuting 16 miles to and from work, it needs to be reliable and it needs pedals….

   Had a call with Samuel from customer care. He was extremely friendly and professional even though I was disappointed that my mtb gloves had not been delivered. Only to find out that had been delivered extra early in 24 hours hence why I missed them. Excellent delivery speed and the product is everything they said it was. Thank you Tredz and Samuel. :)

   Used them for the first time (online not the shop - same website) to buy an expensive back pack (orliteb). The bag came unwrapped in no packaging (just in the standard tredz box). It has lots of dirt marks and a couple of scuff marks which is very unimpressive Their customer service team were not very helpful, offering a 10% voucher however I hardly shop with them and they seemed to think it was a minor issue. Paying £100 for a backpack and to receive it in this condition is not minor in my view unfortunately Use another retailer - I would avoid them
