   Very happy with the professional and friendly service we received from the team at the Stalham branch, especially from Kim and Josh. Have had bad experience from other local estate agents in the past. So happy we chose to use Savannah this time. Just before the first lockdown last year, Savannah not only managed to quickly sell our house, they also found us the house of our dreams, our forever home. Thoroughly recommend them.    Kim and Josh have been so kind and helpful during our search for a new home. My elderly mum and I are moving to Norfolk from London. Kim really listens to us and understands our needs. She even managed to get multiple viewings for us at a property before it went on the market. Josh is a lovely young man and a great ambassador for Savannah Estates. He is friendly yet professional, and knowledgeable about the properties and the local areas too. He has answered all our questions and nothing has been too much trouble for him.
