   Amazing agents. After using previous agents a few years ago minors and Brady really do go above and beyond for you. You get a dedicated after sales person who knows your case inside out so it’s always nice to speak to the same person who knows what they are doing. The team in the office are always on hand to help and really do offer a professional personal service. Would happily use and recommend minors and Brady.

   My brother bought a house in Gorleston and the handover of the property's been a complete mess. Minors & Brady didn't take any responsibilities of the property handover. They advised us that the handover date will be 26th and based on their confirmation we arranged relocation service and packed our stuff to move in on 29th. Then they informed again that the date will be 28th afternoon and asked us to collect the property key at their office in Caister. And on 28th, we were waiting whole day till 5pm and by that time, they said their office is closing soon and they haven't got the key with them yet. We had to go get the key from the previous owner's and when we reaches there we were shocked to see how the property is full of stuff (I'm not even exaggerating). They gave us 1 key but they're still holding another key of the property saying that they are still moving the stuff. Now on 29th, we went to there for the relocation and the property is still full of previous owner's stuff and they are still cleaning. The worst part is that when we raised this concern to Minors & Brady, they focused just on the difficulties of previous owner and are not listening to ours. Actually, they were trying to say that it's not their problem anymore but we believe it's still their responsibility to take care that we have the property in control on the handover official date. If they can't handover the empty property properly, what's the point of being a sales agent. It was so inconvenient for us that we were stuck with all the things packed and the relocation service was coming soon by that time.

   We recently sold our property through Minors & Brady, and the whole experience has been fantastic from start to finish. The agent who came to do our valuation had clearly done his research on our home and the local area. He gave us complete confidence that the valuation we received was accurate and reflected the true value of our property. Our photographer was also brilliant! His photos were absolutely stunning and captured our home perfectly. The pictures were so good that I could have bought my own house all over again! After many viewings, we successfully sold our property with the massive help of Lauren, who has been nothing short of amazing. She truly went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our sale price and kept us informed every step of the way, making the entire selling journey as stress-free as possible.    My wife was the communicator with Minors & Brady of Caister-on-Sea so this is our review via her. The whole team have been brilliant throughout helping us find our perfect house in Norfolk. We are just waiting to move in now after a very quick timescale to Exchange of Contracts. Cassandra Creake has been so helpful with her after sales service and nothing was too much trouble with confirming elements and contacting our Vendors. Cass was also very prompt in getting back to us always. Buying a home can be very stressful as we all know! 5 stars all the way from us!
