Staff are really helpful. However the wait time to be served let's it down as they usually only have 1 person on the front and when it gets busier non of the staff in the back come to the front to speed it up.
Rob's customer service was amazing. Went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with purchasing my wipers. I can't recommend highly enough, will definitely return.

Fantastic staff very friendly and helpful 5* this shop has been around for years and has always helped us of they have not had the part then they have ordered it and its has been in the same day at times. The parts are a fair price and offer a different range of options when looking for your item. As I have 2 old vdub's in the family they are my pride and joy and GSF Luton have help me keep them on the road all these years this is a fantastic business and a very helpful and useful service they are always willing to help as long as you are polite and patient as these things can be tricky or difficult at times with old cars so its important to remember that they have other customers also but will always be willing to help a really nice company and real nice staff I have been in and out of there for over 13 years so thanks GSF Luton and keep up the good work.
