   28th October 2021 +previous other pop ins: Really good sized Argos store here in Market Drayton. So convenient, spacious, clean and very friendly staff. A BIG THANK YOU and SHOUT OUT to DAWN K firstly who helped and guided me with a few of my homecare/appliances queries on my first visit. THEN to RICHARD for getting things sorted and ready for possible purchase and collection the next day and to SARAH as well for being friendly, smiling whilst her colleagues were chatting to/helping me. Thanks ARGOS Market Drayton for a great store..AND PLEASE PRAISE YOUR STAFF MENTIONED ON HERE for their "ABOVE and BEYOND" CLIENTS SERVICE AND FRIENDLINESS!!

   Ordered a baby gate - out of stock, so had it same day delivery. Driver called to say he was 30mins away. Over an hour later got a text saying they can't deliver the package, and that I need to call them. Is customer service still a thing, or should I be expected to waste my time and then go out of my way to fix something that I'm not paying for to be my problem? Why should I be the one that has to organise with you a delivery, when I have just wasted 3 hours waiting for you? If you can't meet your own standards, don't lie to your customers by saying you can.
