   I recently visited this furniture shop and bought a sofa, and I am extremely happy with the whole experience. The shop itself is very impressive, clean and well organised, The quality of the furniture and the overall atmosphere were excellent. Special mention goes to Maze, who was incredibly helpful and honest throughout the process. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. The customer service truly made the experience even better. I highly recommend it, any I will definitely be returning in the future.

   We called in the store after seeing the page on Facebook. We was out of area but had seen some great deals on the page we explained our budget and the fact we had a dog and a toddler so we needed something that was suitable for them. We was given a great deal and our sofas where delivered in 48 hours as well as assembled for a small charge due to travel.    Could not believe how helpful they were in this shop. Whilst they didn't stock the item I was looking for, the gentleman gave me his time to try to help me locate what I was looking for, providing sound, helpful advice regarding obtaining what I was seeking at the best possible price, and also other helpful tips for potential future purchases. Very nice, surprising and rare to encounter genuine, friendly, caring assistance such as this these days. Thank you very much, a lovely place to visit and browse and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

   Amazing outlet we went to have a look at this shop as we was unsure on what we wanted found a few lovely sofas. Eventually chose which one we wanted the lovely gentleman delivered that day ( Sunday as well ) and the men delivering were so good came and put it together in the room for us and made sure it was all working before leaving. Will definitely recommend to anyone wanting new furniture Thank you

   I ordered 3+2 recliners and they fitted perfectly in my home, very comfortable. Delivered in a Sunday and was called 2 days in advance for delivery. Also received a courtesy call when the delivery guys were 20 mins away. The deliver guys were helpful. Would definitely buy from Crewe Home Furnishings again. Highly recommended
