   Needed an alternator and aux belt immediately, and these guys were open, and had items IN stock, and at a great price. Never want to be left without a car at short notice, so being able to drive over to Dav and get these parts were crucial for us as a family. A frustarting day for me no less, but appreciate the option of getting it resolved, is largely down to GSF being open, and affordable. The chap i spoke to as well, both on the phone and in store, was very friendly and helpful; unfortunately i did not get his name. Cheers Edited. Altered to two stars due to the fact i was told i could return old alternator to any store to get the "deposit" back. This has not been the case, and GSF now have said alternator, and i have had zero money back.

   phoned the branch to check if a part was in stock. Unfortunately, the lady I spoke with was unable to confirm and advised me to bring the part in for them to have a look. She was also unable to check availability using my registration. By contrast, I called a competitor, and their team was able to confirm the part over the phone straight away — so I chose to take my business there. This was disappointing, as I had hoped for a smoother and more efficient service.

   Called here to buy windscreen wipers when a large nationwide car parts store were unable to help. Very helpful and, five minutes later, left with the wipers I needed. Well done.

   Great team, always happy to help and so far never had an incorrect part unlike some other well known motor factors. It can be busy so just be prepared to hang on for 5-10mins... only 2 or 3 chaps max serving and they are popular. Highly recommend.
