    Excellent service from Ethan at the Daventry branch. I have to rely on such young fellas to check my tyres, oil etc. Thank you Ethan. Always a great branch to visit. The above was from a previous visit which I failed to post. Today I had a dashcam fitted by Josh in the most awful weather conditions but like a true stalwart, he braved the weather and did a great job to fit front and rear cameras in the most awful conditions. Thank you Josh. It is always a pleasure to visit the Daventry branch.

    Luke served me today and took the time to explain about the membership deal, which I took. He was very professional and helpful and should be commended. Jacob replaced my battery in record time and was polite and friendly throughout. Both of these lads are a real asset to Halfords and deserve recognition. Apologies if I got the names mixed up.

    Excellent service from Jon when I took my bike in for service attention. When collecting it today I was impressed with the work done so that the Raleigh bike which is over 30 years old is like new functionally and almost like that in looks.     Not a good experience to start with, was given 4 days notice that my bike would be done, this was extended by 6 days, (spoke hasn’t arrived) when I went to collect the bike the job wasn’t even done (after a phone call saying it’s been done) the spoke was replaced great with the wrong one, (got a silver one should have been a black one) and the wheel was still buckled. Thanks to Josh the work was completed whilst I waited, It only took him 5 minutes to do the job, why it wasn’t done in the first place is a mystery. So the 5 stars go to Tattooed Josh, that man needs a pay rise
