Nice location, great if you are going to the cinema(get your ticket stamped if you use the odeon, for free, or money off parking)

Extremely close to amenities - cinema, restaurants, bars, bowling, thematic play bars. Makes it the perfect carpark when going on a date night, catching up with friends and overal socialising. And with the ability to validate parking, parking can end up being completely free depending on your activity. Spaces are also sizable, ascent/descent ways have plenty of space also however watch for other drivers who are nervous/cautious on multistoreys taking all the space on turns as they don't know the size of their vehicles. A lovely carpark for socialising.

Easy to use, conveniently placed for cinema and with the stamp facility in cinema you can stay for 4 hours free.

The car park is fine if you just need quick access to the nearby shops, but overall it’s not the most convenient. The spaces are very narrow and it often feels overcrowded. If you drive a larger car or an SUV, you really need to be extra careful, honestly I’d probably avoid it with a big vehicle.

Free if you use the cinema, discounts for using other leisure venues in the area. Wish there was a discount for the restaurant use too like 1 hour free or something? Be careful with tight-ish slopes as entering/ exiting levels

Be careful while parking because the parking slot bay is small.

This is a great car park to access the facilities at Riverside Norwich. You get free parking for a few hours if going to the cinema, bowling etc with lots of disabled parking spaces. The only issue is that sadly so many people think it's ok to abuse the usage of these. I've had people say I don't want my new car to be scratched in the smaller places!!!! Nevermind disabled people actually needing to get in and out of their cars! I wish the car park was patrolled more regularly and people parked not displaying a blue are fines a large amount as a deterrent .

Always spaces available. Not a bad rate either really. Especially if you are going bowling or to the cinema and get your ticket stamped.

Inexpensive, fairly priced. Handly location if only visiting this part of city, although very busy on match days. Tight spaces and ramps - ideal for small cars. Not many parent and child spaces. MUST choose correct ticket upon entry (blue for leisure, Red for rail - get this validated if you can). MUST get in the correct lane when exiting (left for city, right for ring road).
