   Nice cosy little theatre that looks like it's been there for years, but if you read the history on their website you'll see that it hasn't been a theatre for that long. As you enter through the gates from the main road you can't miss the big sign on the wall directing you to the theatre on the right. Although the car park is big, everyone parked around the edge. I would say the theatre was about 70% full but there weren't many places left to park. Just inside the entrance was a small bar area with reasonably priced drinks. On the way to the main theatre there were cushions hanging on the coat hooks in the corridor, we took one each just in case. There was no allocated seating so you could sit where you wanted. As you walk into the main theatre you walk onto the stage which is at ground level. The stage was surround on 3 sides by 3 rows of bench seats at staggered heights. We sat in the middle row and I didn't have a problem seeing the stage. The seat was cushioned but I also sat on my extra cushion. There wasn't a lot of leg room and it was difficult getting past the other people in my row when I returned to my seat after the interval. But I had an enjoyable evening.

   Great little theatre. We need to support community theatre more in this country. I've seen some incredible plays here in recent years - passionate local performers, and the calibre is superb. At a time when big theatres bring less and less proper plays to the city, we need venues like this more than ever.

   Superb theatre, especially good for hosting intimate performances. The seating is tiered quite steeply, which makes you feel almost on top of the performers, making for a slightly more immersive experience. There is a nice, compact bar serving a small selection of lagers, beers, wines and soft drinks including tea and coffee. Plenty of parking available too. Well worth a visit, not least for the often interesting selection of plays they perform throughout their season.

   Wonderful small, intimate Theatre. Visitors sit raised and look down onto the "stage" - vaguely reminiscent of an amphitheatre. Lots of easy parking. Very easily accessible. Highly recommend.
