   Well I wouldn’t advise anyone to use the company that wants their goods within the next 3 months. I would also suggest you get PayPal to help get your money returned after the sale of a product that they don’t even have in stock . Probably the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life 60 years of experience . Stay clear of them at all costs they are at best incompetent and worst company in the industry for customers

   I was forced to buy new products due to lack of response from ROTA. I spent more than 250€ in unnecessary tax due to ROTA errors, such as wrong rims, wrong wheel nuts, wrong nuts sent 5 times / or missing units. plus everything took 7 months, from purchase to finally having everything to apply to the car. that I had to make a new purchase !!!!Disgraceful

   I ordered wheels from these lot, communication is terrible. Told them to cancel my order and refund me as they didn't have stock although showing available when I placed the order, was told to wait 10-12 weeks for new stock to arrive which I refused. still not had a refund of over £600.

   Customer Service: Unfortunately recently I lost one of the centre caps, I sent an email to ROTA shop asking for advice on purchase of replacement set, after a week did not even receive a reply. Today I tried to ring customer service - a gentleman answered the phone I did not managed to say "two words" , when person on the other side of the phone said to me (without introduction) that "I sound like a robot????" I think reception or line was bad. Well done ;). Bought now from rarerims without any issue. Nice customer service..... PS. I am not associated with other company in any way.

   Great cusomter service. Nearly bought a set of alloys that wouldnt of fitted. But thanks to their detailed customer support, this disaster was avoided. Instead of just informing me it wont fit, they have kept my details and will research alternate solutions for me and get back to me. (Adam)
