    Really awful service, I am owed a Β£461.00 refund which was originally promised in a few days and now after several phone calls they are saying it should be within 2 months. They totally mis sold the policy. I only needed it for a week but they advised me to take a policy for a year on the basis I would get most of it back and when I cancelled it. Most of it turned out to be Β£100 less than I paid and six weeks after the cancellation they can commit to when they are going to pay it . Truly dreadful behaviour and now one for the ombudsman.

    Very poor, renewed an insurance policy in my name even though I requested that they didn’t, the insurance policy was 5 times more expensive than competitors. This company are con men dressed in suits and hide behind shady renewals. Be really careful if your are insuring with these cowboys and be even more careful if your policy is up for renewal. Do your shopping and make sure you do not renew with them. Dispute raised with the ombudsman. Be careful they immediately pass the book to a scummy debt collection agency

    Very poor experience, renewed policy even after I cancelled it. Refereed disputed payment to debt collector before it could be resolved. There are far better companies out there than this. Don't use.

    Not a good insurance company. Premiums are not competitive and very high cancellation fees . Poor customer service, had to ring several times to get my query sorted. Also they pass on your details to a finance company who will add Β£50+ onto your premium.
