   Keely has been really helpful as usual and worked with Ansvar Insurance to achieve a very good outcome to a situation that was first raised with her only a few days before. She has kept me informed and up to date with progress. Thank you so much. And thank you to Ansvar. The situation was that Langney Community Library (LCL) has had to close during various periods due to Covid-19 and during the second national lockdown, when schools also had to close to most children, LCL wanted to loan its idle laptop computers to children at a local school. However, we needed to sort out the insurance and a few other matters. All done and the children will be able to use the laptops now. Thanks Keely and Ansvar.    My husband and I have had household insurance with Reid Briggs since 2004. One cover is for a rented property and we’ve been looked after by Richard Knightall from the start. I would say that we’ve received exemplary service. Richard has always made himself available which is personal service that is rare today. He knows his stuff and always does what he can to help. We’ve just been through an extremely stressful experience with a fire damage claim at the rented property and Richard did everything he could to help and therefore reduce the stress.
