Very friendly people answered calls efficiently and got a quote for a change over car within minutes. Very costly changeover but that's life . Will keep using them.
BG was very helpful supporting me to arrange insurance for my driving school. The team were patient with me whilst I found documents they needed and it was all completed over a few phone calls. Can't find any negatives with my experience so far.

Renewal car insurance. 1st call was to request a renewal figure. 2nd call having accepted the cost , via email , was to renew. Cost went down without the need to haggle or to " shop around " Customer services were polite and professional. Answered all my questions to complete satisfaction.
I'm never happy when it comes to renewing anything that costs money and after my renewal came in for the car insurance I was off and looking else ware but BG Insurance quote couldn't be beaten. So thanks to BG Insurance for staying competitive and really disappointed in those Insurance companies who never even bothered getting back in touch and for those that did, they need to re-jiggle their prices if they want to compete with BG Insurance. Marked you down as 5 star but remember there is always room for improvement......keep up the good work.
BG Insurance have been the cheapest insurer for my driving instruction vehicles for the last couple of years. Friendly and efficient staff who are polite on the phone and get back to you when they say they will. All my dealings with them so far have been spot on!

Will not be taking out driving school insurance via this agent again as they charge extortionate fees for any policy changes. I have been charged 2 lots of £83 because I changed my vehicle and then I moved. These payments were purely an admin charge. As it takes less than 3 minutes to type in a change of address and probably only 3 minutes to change car details (it was the same make and model) then I was charge over £27.66 per minute of their time for such a simple task. No wonder you can't manage your policy online!!! Value for money less than one star.
