Cancelled our classic car insurance by email on day it was sold. Didn't hear anything so chased up and was told that I couldn't have cancelled it as I hadn't spoken to anyone! I explained I'd sent an email but person did not want to listen and said if I wanted it back dated I would have to send copy of receipt of sale and copy of log book confirming sale. Luckily I had these and sent them. Received reply same day saying there was a £16 refund but a they charged a £30 admin fee there was no refund. Who on earth these days will not accept an email and insists on a telephone call?????

Sadly not good. When you phone they take all your details and say they will call you back and do not. So you call back and they say the person is busy. I gave up and went elsewhere.
