Took my car in for a tyre change, and they claimed they ‘couldn’t get the tyres off the rim,’ which another garage managed to do without any problems. In their failed attempts, they completely scuffed and scratched my rims. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed the product rather than their own incompetence. The customer service was appalling—rude, dismissive, and unwilling to acknowledge their mistakes. Avoid this place at all costs!”
Booked MOT service on Saturday - no delays, no extra wait. During inspection, one of the wipers came off (due to jet wash prior to taking to the garage), so it was kindly clipped back in by one of the technicians and the car pass the test. My personal experience is great, and I have no issues with the garage whatsoever! Thank you!
Rude lack of customer service for what was required. Female behind counter has no understanding of how to handle customers! Kwik fit opposite instantly resolved the problem for us!
Sorted a puncture pretty promptly - I had taken the wheel to the garage. Told to return to have the torque checked.. Very helpful lass in reception who checked the wheel nuts. Thank you National Tyres
A great team effort from all the staff at National Tyres Wellingborough. Morgan, Mark, Zach (and others I don't have their names!). You all work well as a team and provide fantastic service. Never let me down to date. Whether it's wheel alignment or tyre fitting, they're sure to do a great job with your vehicle.
Don't bother wasting your time with these people. They are rude and un organised. Wasted 2 hours of my time and fuel driving from Melton Mowbray to Wellingborough and booked it a week in advance and they cancelled on me by the time I get there. Go to kwikfit opposite the road. They know how to treat people
NEVER AGAIN. You go to settle the wheels, leave them worse than before the visit, go to complaints and say that it is worse - of course, please come the next day to correct it. When I come to correct I hear that they did the right thing and they don't check it. Lost time, fuel and money. NEVER AGAIN
We had a slow puncture and just stopped off at this tyre garage on the off chance they could help. They've fitted us in and looked at our car straight away, which was brilliant. The tyre needed to be replaced, which he fully explained why. They ordered a replacement and fitted it a couple of days after, when it arrived. He left messages and kept us in the loop. Couldn't fault anything. Good service and reasonably priced too.
