   Not often you come across a company that have old school customer service and values and would not go anywhere else for products and advice now! Had issue with my starter motor and simply dropped it off and got a text saying was ready for collection the next day and repaired to a high standard. Genuinely couldn't be more pleased with what they done and even explained in detailed what the issue was and talked me through what they had repaired . Overall the best service I've had in many years and will continue to use them for all future works worth every penny spent

   Top notch, brought them my alternator, the guys were great gave me a price to rebuild the one had as the one I had was old a rare, the price they quoted for the rebuild was fair and nearly £300 less than buying a new one. Once they had cleaned and tested alternator that discovered it was working fine and so they only charged me for the hour of labour it had taken. Turns out my issue was with the car, a damaged wire under the radiator. They were quick, and honest, they turned mine around in less than 24 hours as promised. Can't praise them enough.

   An alternator, used to charge the leisure battery bank, failed on our narrowboat. We moored at a local marina about 10 miles from Electro Start. Phoned to source a replacement, not in stock but obtained and delivered to us at lunchtime the next day. Great service from Karl, who delivered the replacement personally. Many Thanks!

   Electro Start, what can I say, excellent service, dug me out of a big hole, Thank you. Very quick and professional service, Great communication at a very competitive price, I can't thank you enough and will be returning to you again and will be recommending you to others, without a shadow of doubt. Well what a refreshing change to find a group of lads who are genuine and honest. Took a old alternator into them thinking that the bearings had gone ( very noisy )and asked them if they would repair for me, the pulley was very close to the housing, as they pulled the pulley they found a piece of belt behind that couldn't be seen. Received phone call to inform me that it had been tested and was ready to be picked up with no fee. Believe me there are a lot of people out there that would have said it's had new bearings along with a nice bill.Thank you so much.
