   The staff are always pleasant and friendly both on the phone and in person. They keep in touch regularly and provide plenty of placements in the phase I like to teach and don’t send me to placements in other phases e.g. junior phase, as has happened with other agencies. I am impressed with the information sheet sent about schools. All in all an excellent agency.

   I have worked for best and iv worked with staff from best. In my experience this is the best agency for teaching assistants as steph mentors staff and puts them forward for roles best suited to them. Now as a fully qualified and employed by a school TA. Its nice to see quality TAs coming to our school. Not all agencys have good TAs. Stephs support and advice really helps mould employees into good TAs.

   We have used BEST for two of our children with very different needs and academic levels. Our daughter had tuition with a level subjects and her tutors were very knowledgeable, professional and courteous and supported our daughter to achieve the grades she needed. Our son, has autism and his needs couldn't be met within school, and Steph's team provided a fantastic tutor, Judith, who was able communicate with our son, and give him confidence. When she left after several years, his new tutor, Pat, spent a lot of time learning our sons needs and opening up a whole new world of confidence, and humour. I can't fault the service Steph and her team provide. Professional at every level, with the child being the focus.

   My son who is entering into year 11 in September and has struggled with maths throughout his education. Having made the decision to look for a tutor, I could not have found anyone better to provide this. A tutor was identified and carefully matched with my son and they have gone back to basics. He is now flying! He enjoys the time spent with his tutor and his confidence has excelled beyond my wildest dreams. What is also very positive is that his maths work takes place online. He does not have to see his tutor face to face (he suffers from high levels of social anxiety) which suits him massively. Great value for money and an excellent, supportive team. Myself and my son want to say a massive thank you for everything you are doing to support him to reach his full potential xx
