Still waiting for a phone call after receiving an email thanking me for my interest in taking out insurance. Not now!!!
When we had to make a claim they made the process smooth and effective, with good communication. I would like to insure all our properties with Bickers. However, this has never proved an easy process, requiring chasing. At times customer service has been so unresponsive I have given up and insured elsewhere. For example, calling to make a payment, being put on hold and then cut off after 3 minutes.
