   I am 41 and joined almost a year ago, I was looking for some Tai Chi classes and now I train Kung Fu and have done a couple of the therapies with Shifu Waters. I am so happy with my choice as this place is more than a training place. I have learned a lot of fitness, Shaolin Martial Arts and has become my happy place after working long hours at the computer. I recommend it to anyone looking to practice Kung Fu, Tai chi, do therapies or even socialise with beautiful people. It is 100% enjoyable and as in my case get super results.

   Decided I wanted to improve my fitness, but didn't fancy doing the same thing every class. Joined Wu Yin Quan in June 2019, and have thoroughly enjoyed and seen a great improvement in my fitness levels. Shifu (James) Waters is really welcoming. I was a beginner in class with a range of other standards and I feel challenged, comfortable and energised. The classes vary each time - training vital skills and learning new applications and forms. I also study Qi Gong with James. He has helped me connect with myself and learn how to maintain calmness and reduce stress in my day to day life. Thoroughly recommend to study with James Waters!
