Excellent service! Very easy to file a claim and their staff is amazing. Nisha helped us and although we were emailing, it felt as though we were on a chat. She was always very prompt in responding, provided through and detailed information and incredible customer service!
I've been with Integra Global since 2017, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Their member services staff always responds in a timely manner, and the quality of their customer support is excellent. I'm an American, and my experiences with American health insurance companies prior to using Integra Global left me cynical and jaded; I assumed health insurance companies were only good for billing you extortionate premiums and sky-high deductibles before denying your claims without cause. Integra has completely changed my mind - something I honestly didn't think was possible. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone looking for insurance. The only negative experiences I've had with my policy have been with MAI. It seems like their underwriters just don't read emails or claims thoroughly, and they often overlook details or ask for documents that I've already submitted. While this is frustrating, they do care about getting things right and everything eventually gets sorted in a reasonable time. I will also say that a close friend (who also uses Integra) has never had any issue with the claims/reimbursement process, so I might just have unfortunate luck.
I had a very positive experience working with Nisha at Integra Global after I had an issue regarding reimbursement of a medical procedure and hospital stay in Chile. She was very effective in coordinating with the administration to approve my case and get the funds quickly to me. The customer service from Integra Global has been exceptional. I sent them an email about a small technical problem on my app. I got an immediate response. They communicated so well to me throughout the whole process and the small issue was resolved within a day. So happy with them
