They are horrible I am taxi driver just dropped off customer they issued me £100 fine for just dropping off customer. Their customer service is horrible. I would say never ever go there .
The customer service is dreadful. We are a provider and BUPA Global have multiple times approves payment of the treatment, then once its done, and sometimes paid, they reverse the decision and either don't pay or take the money back. When you call for an explanation they say the claim has been paid. Today I got an email asking again for all the invoices that are in query even though I have sent them multiple times. Its of course a different format and requires me to spend a good amount of time researching the details the need. Just another tactic to avoid paying out I guess. If you can avoid using them I would suggest you do, and find an insurance company who actually want to help with getting patients treated and back to good health.

I don't find it very friendly and work wise company are not very organized at all when it comes to leadership they not so good at all things got two change to make work environment lot better and more safety
It is the 5th time i tried to call Bupa Global for some questions regarding their travel insurance. Waited 20 minutes at least with the same message repeating over and over again "Our lines are currently busy but we will be with you shortly, please hold" after those 20 minutes line goes down. Called them back on another number and they said they would put me on another number to skip the queue as I had this experience. Guess what..... waited 20 minutes then the line goes down. I leave what are my thoughts about Bupa..... I have been a costumer for the past 8 years when living in Australia, I will no longer be one of those after an experience like this.
Worst travel insurance you could take, just avoid, they do everything to avoid refunding your medical bills claiming it's out of their policies, they acting so unfair ⛔
