   Brought my phone into here a couple of weeks ago as the screen was smashed and ever since all I've had is trouble my phone starts to play up and starts selecting things I'm not tapping on and it's like something taking over my phone so when I'm messaging someone it will start typing letters without me touching the screen and I have to turn my phone off and back on again for it to stop presumably my phone screen hasn't been fitted properly and then the glue at the back of my phone had completely worn out in a couple of days and had to stick the back of my phone together with sellotape

   I came here not too long ago (can't remember exact date) for a screen repair. They had 2 options of screens so I chose the cheaper one which they said was no different. I give it them for the repair and when I come back something is already off. The touch screen wasn't working already, after a restart it was working so i brushed it off. My phone case also didn't fit properly, maybe due to the screen. Ever since then, the touch screen has randomly stopped working and only works after a force restart. Now it has a section where my screen just doesn't work. Not happy and won't come here again.

Alana set up the new phone, sim and accessories. She spent time explaining about the phone to Helen who has not had a smart phone before.    Don’t waste your time or money… awful service. Went in to get iPad screen fixed, went to collect it and then the camera was broke, home button was broke, screen was peeling up with glue all around outside and big chunks missing around the metal of my iPad im assuming where they tried to get the screen off initially, said they would fix it again. Same issue they just cleaned the glue off the sides, went back again and home button is still sunken into the screen barely pressable, scratches everywhere with lumps of dust under the screen that was fixed. Just pay the extra to get whatever you need fixing done professionally. Can’t even be bothered to go back and forth with these people I’m just dealing with the issue at this point and putting it down as a lesson learnt. iPad came out worse than it went in
