   I cant recommend this garage enough. Every time I go, they are helpful, kind, exceptionally reasonable price wise, just really nice guys who want to help their customers. Having things gonwrong with your car is so stressful and inconvenient, the service is quick, good communication, ai will recommend everyone to you! Thank you again Hi Q for being fabulous.

   I booked in for an MOT and from the moment I arrived the staff were trying to upsell oil and fuel treatments. One made a condescending as I was removing the car key from my house keys. “I can do that, save your pretty nails” I felt exceedingly uncomfortable. Half way through the MOT I received a phone call to state there will be a number of advisories and a price list was rattled off. No real explanation of the issues, just prices. There was a long list and it just didn’t feel right. They also listed a cosmetic issue with the interior that has never been highlighted in an MOT before - it has nothing to do with the road worthiness of the vehicle. I’m glad I took it for a second opinion as there were discrepancies. I also paid for a full service but they did not complete some aspects. They didn’t top up my wiper fluid or my coolant, while minor, what else didn’t they do? I contacted customer service and they stated they would investigate it once the manager was back from leave. Months later no update. I don’t trust this garage and I would never consider returning.

   Took my car yesterday for an MOT came with issues which I had the majors repaired to get back on the road but at a costly price to which they had took my car for a test drive to make sure the brakes work now I think that's unprofessional wasted my fuel and makes me believe they are not confident in their own work to have to test drive it and also missed something that's been on the last couple mots which makes me believe they don't do a proper job and come up with work that probably don't need doing. Untrustworthy Not reliable Expensive Reception guy is still new obviously and clearly not confident One guy sounds like he doesn't know what he's talking about. I will not be using this garage again I went heat for the convenience of me working in Northampton in hopes of it being a reputable business and trusting but this is not the case.

   Went there for MOT with a promotional price. I didn`t like it at all. Got a feeling that person works at the reception is not competent at all. While i was there person mixed up customers keys. Answering phone calls unconfidentally. Person who done MOT was fine. But the rest of the workers were females looking like men. Maybe just for MOT is ok, but I wouldn`t go there to fix my car

   Ive moved to MIlton keynes recently but still travelled all the way from Milton Keynes to have my car MOT'd at HiQ northampton until I find a garage as reputable, honest and trustworthy as them. Sad that I've moved too far and have to find another garage as I really do rate these guys highly.

   Went in for tracking and wheel balancing to look at a problem I had noticed with vibration and juddering. The friendly and professional staff assessed the car and fixed the issues while I waited all in one hour as promised. Very reasonable costs too and the offer of a free recheck after 100 miles to see that everything is still OK.
