    Having held our commercial and combined policy with NFU for over five years, I genuinely cannot praise the Horsham and Chichester teams highly enough. Every member of the team is consistently helpful, friendly, and extremely professional. They are always happy to assist with our insurance needs and the frequent changes we tend to make, handling everything efficiently and with real care. I wouldn’t consider moving our policy elsewhere — the service we receive is second to none.     Go to NFU Direct and ovoid this agency like the plague. NFU are an excellent company but this agency is utterly toxic.
