One of very few insurance companies I would recommend. They were super helpful, especially Shirley and Anne-Marie. I missed my flight to Lanzarote due to a disruption on the M25 and my claim was settled in a matter of days after submitting my evidence or the missed departure and M25 closure. I can 100% say I would use them again next time I go abroad in Europe.

Absolutely horrible! I asked for a simple visa letter that shows my full personal information together with the coverage policy of the insurance, they sent me letters 4 times and each time they had an error: 1st letter my name was correct but the covered countries included were wrong, 2nd letter again the countries were wrong, 3rd letter the covered countries were correct but my name was wrong, 4th letter my name was correct but again the covered countries were wrong!!! That was the point I gave up and asked then to cancel and refund. Such a simple task turned into sending a spaceship to the moon :)

Booked group holiday insurance with Insurefor and unfortunately my boyfriend broke his ankle 2 weeks before we were meant to go. Everyone we spoke to were friendly, and extremely helpful. Within 8 working days we heard back about our claim and received the money less than 24 hours after receiving the email saying the claim was accepted. Would definitely rebook insurance with them again.

Took out a policy, very easy to do. Unfortunately realised almost immediately I needed to cancel so I called the number. I spoke with a wonderful, friendly agent, Sithandiwe, who promptly did exactly what I requested and explained everything very clearly. Super easy, will try them again in future.

They provide a "RENEW10" voucher code that is supposed to give uyou 10% off, but it recalculates it at 4.5% off. I called customer service and they had no interest whatsoever in fixing the problem. I'm pretty sure that is against the law. Don't use them.

Worse than useless. One trip travel insurance policy, we had to cancel (due to son being in hospital with a head injury) so I put in a claim. Endless requests for bits of paper, massive delays in communications. Insistent upon providing hospital discharge for, letter from GP, emails from hotel etc etc. SLOW process, repeated requests for things already provided. Eventually tell me there is one piece more paperwork they need - a no-fly letter from Ryanair (insist they need this even though they have ample proof that we did not take the holiday). The no-fly letter took me hours on their messaging chat, multiple attempts, literally months of waiting to get, but I got it and send it in. Hurraaaahhh - I finally expect to get paid back a little bit of what I'd paid out, the cost of the flights at least. But NO. After all this process, literally HOURS spent on the claim, they turn around and tell me they will pay me NOTHING as the excess of £195 per person applies to the kids as well as the adults, so the excess is more than the claim. WHY oh WHY not tell me that in the first place? Before I spent hours chasing paperwork? If you added up the cost of all the hours I put into this clean then the claim has cost me a fortune. Total waste of time and money - if you want a policy that actually provides some sort of insurance cover then this is not it.

DISMAL claims process. I have had to make two claims for cancellations. Each claim is acknowledged by emails saying we can't respond for at least 3 weeks and don't try and chase up! Still waiting (Jan 23) on claims I submitted in May 22...! AVOID Requests for follow-up on outsanding claims are also ignored... Repeatedly asked for extra documents or letters for another layer information - despite submitting all the relevant booking receipts, airline cancellation letters etc. e.g. my flight was cancelled at short notice and trying to claim for extra pet sitter charges because we were there for several days longer. I sent in the email from Wizz air notfying the cancellation. They wanted me to ask Wizz air for the exact reason for cancellation.

Avoid Avoid Avoid . If I could leave no stars that would be my choice , abysmal company , cannot contact them by phone unless your willing to pay 7pence a minute and hang on the line , I did this for well over an hour twice , and still no answer , tried to email them, email not opened as there email box is full ,god help anyone if they had to make a claim. Cowboys , they just want your money , then your on your own , policy not worth the paper it’s written on .

I tried to add an extra day to my policy. I emailed, a generic e mail was my reply. I then called them, at 9am on the dot, as they opened. I waited for 1 hour and 8 minutes until I gave up. I sent an email to say my holidays is pending, it’s urgent - no response. Then I did a live chat and they said you need to call, I said I’ve waited an hour and eight minutes can you please call me back - nothing - terrible terrible service - DO NOT use this company…

Following flight cancellation had to change holiday dates after arranging the policy. emailed day found out .no response for days followed up then tried another of their emails. had also tried to get through on their phone lines. Got email response after 12 days that could only change policy by phoning . Tried a few more times waited c25 minutes with no info provided as to place in the cue or wait times. Emailed further no responses. Tried to speak today Recorded message says office closed but website says its open from 9am ' 5pm. The policy itself have undertaken a comparison check seemed very good and competitively priced. So after 15 days still not been able to change the dates of the policy to match the trip.
