    I took my car for an oil and filter change. I booked the car in with them, even though their quote for the job was on the higher side, as I work in Thrapston and it was convenient. When I collected my car I was charged more than I expected. When I got home and showed the invoice to my husband he noticed we had been charged VAT twice on the labour cost! My husband called in the following day with the invoice and was refunded the over payment. We are happy with the work but this blip with their invoicing system has made us wary of using them in the future. If we hadn't studied the invoice we'd have never picked it up.
