   Had sticking clutch pedal another Kettering garage charged me a fortune and didn’t fix the problem. Took it here problem identified took them a little longer to fix needed welding. Good communication kept up to date by Andrew. Car now fixed and despite problems original price quoted was price charged. Only disappointed I didn’t take car here in first place .

   this review is from last November, my car went in for a MOT the car past, when returning home my car broke down- I managed to get the car back to the garage for them to check, ( before my MOT I had absolutely no issues with ever what so ever). Upon leaving the car was misfiring- £3000.00 later spent. I had to get fixed by another company and getting breakdown to come out 2 times. No apology and all the gave me was £30.00 back. do not use this company- this was also very stressful. I just wish they would admit the mistake ( I get everyone makes mistakes but to lie is just very annoying) Honestly is the best policy.

   Booked in for an MOT on the 16th September at 12:15, had a very rude member of staff call me at 10 saying my car was suppose to be at the garage at 10 and that he would no longer be doing my MOT because i messed up the times. (I didnt) Offered to show proof it wasn't booked in until 12:15 and he didn't want to know. Had to book my MOT elsewhere (which cost me more money) as I couldn't get the time off work to re book it again with them on the friday. Have since complained and pretty much been ignored. I won't be going here again just to be spoken to like I'm the worst person in the world.

   Avoid In N Out in Kettering at all costs. I went in to have my two front tyres changed and have had constant problems ever since. To start with, they damaged one of my alloys. When I raised this with the manager, I was completely dismissed. No apology, no investigation — just an immediate, defensive “wasn’t us and we’re not paying.” I wasn’t even asking for money, just informing them — but the arrogant attitude said everything. Worse still, they clearly didn’t balance the wheels properly. The weights aren’t even in a straight line, which is basic stuff any competent garage should get right. The result? My car now violently shakes under braking and at speed — not just annoying, but downright dangerous. This place is run by amateurs who don’t care about quality or customer safety. Zero accountability, zero professionalism. I wouldn’t trust them to pump up a bike tyre, let alone touch my car again. Steer well clear.

   Had 4 new Michelin 215/65R16 MI PRIM5 102HXL installed on Duster last week, bought through Asta Tyres with fitting at IN'n'Out Kettering. Installation was smooth and quick, waiting room nice and clean with free coffee; can't ask for more. I thought I'll leave them a review since when things go well few bother for a review, reviews mostly come when something bad happens. While waiting you can see through the glass wall on progress on your car. All good.

   Sadly gone from a 4 star to 1 star. Won't be taking cars back there. Want to charge for work that's not required, ripped partner off on the price of her MOT, and tried to charge me more than they advised.

   Well what can I say! After having all new brakes last week from an advisory on my last MOT. I also had a knocking noise so asked them to have a look..I have a hyundai ix35. My car drives fine just knocking on road bumps. I was told it was the fly wheel that drives the clutch but they would run a diagnostic on it to confirm. They never road tested it. They ran said diagnostic (which wouldn't have picked it up). I was told yes, it was definitely the fly wheel and that the whole clutch system would need replacing and would be a full day's labour and was quoted £2245! Needless to say I then took it to another garage for a second opinion. I was asked to go with the mechanic for a drive to investigate it. It was diagnosed and fixed, the problem was a faulty anti roll bar front passenger side and cost me £145! I WOULD AVOID THIS GARAGE LIKE THE PLAGUE.. total cowboys, how can you diagnose a problem like that without a test drive. And how in earth a diagnostic test would have confirmed that God only knows!

   I was very happy with the service, I was there late and my old car failed its mot with lots of reasons, they kindly priced up my problems for me even though they were about to go home, they were polite and professional, even though my car failed this was my favorite mot place, the waiting area was nice, free hot chocolate and the staff were all nice. 5* Would recommend.

   Never been here before. Smart, clean environment. Met the mechanic, who welcomed me with an air of professionalism. I gave a vague discription of what I thought the problem was (but I'm no mechanic). The car is on a ramp before midday, and I'm in a clean and warm waiting room, waiting patiently. I know I'm going to be here a while, so I'm going to help myself to free hot drinks and free wi-fi. It's a very long wait!! 4.43pm and car is ready. Will be back - they did a good job. Give them a go. They won't rip you off.

   DO NOT USE GARAGE UNLESS WANT RIPPING OFF! I work for nhs so thought convenient to use this place however do not use!!! I was having issues with the windscreen wiper fluid, it was getting jammed when turning on for the water fluid for the wipers. I called your garage and was told to bring it in on 15th October 2022, to have a look at it. Upon collection of the vehicle, I was told I would have to pay £35 as you had done a diagnostic test. I was never told beforehand that I would be charged £35 for the privilege of looking at my car given I already told you what the issue with the car was. I have never been to a garage and been charged for looking at my car and was never told of these charges beforehand. You then advised it would cost £75 for the part and labour to be done but the part would need to be ordered in. I then didn't hear from you for days, when I finally called you to see if you had the part, you then advised that you are unable to get the part and that it was discontinued, and I would have to seek another garage. I should not have needed to pay £35 for diagnostics when I already told you what the issue was to begin with, and the fact you couldn't even complete or repair the works you should never have charged me for this. I would understand paying the charge if you completed the repair on my car and if I was actually made aware of the charges prior to you looking at my car then it would have been my decision whether to go ahead with the checks. Already complained and they will only give me money off when I next use them. I won't ve using the garage ever again. BEWARE YOUR BEEN WARNED. Bad company
