I ordered for takeaway. You have to park on the multi story which is £1.20. The chicken was pretty burnt but i think thats the point. Wasnt impressed. The burger was another story. It wqs beautiful. My vedgetarian girlfriend has the same opinion on her burger too. Thr staff were quick, friendly and easy to deal with.
We celebrated my son's 9th birthday here today. Food came out fast and tasted delicious!! The staff kindly agreed to bring my son's cake out for him. (I was not expecting them to stand and sing happy birthday at all, so that meant so blummin much to us!) The staff were 10/10. Helpful, friendly, people. We just had a really lovely evening and my son left smiling. The only negative I have, is for 4 of us to eat, it cost £86!! For burgers and chips etc, that's very pricey in my opinion.
This place has enough space and have lots of sections to choose. They are specialised for chicken stakes with different marinate options. Also you can have variety of sources to try with your order. Everything can be ordered via their app under your table no. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you are a spicy food lover this is a place to go. The potions are very resonable. You can have free glass to fill your own water and there is another option for unlimited soft drinks for couple of quids. There are different types of side dishes that we can select, my favourite is mac & chees. It may cost below £30 for two adults only for the mains.
Waited over 45 minutes for starter to arrive, it must of being sitting on the hot plate for 20 minutes, then had to send it back bc it was barely warm.
Love nandos. Wherever you go you know what to expect! Towards the better end of fast food that has a unique hot, or mildly, spicy flavour; whichever floats your boat! Sadly, they don't do hot drinks, and their popularity sometimes makes their fast food...... slow; but the bustling and generally happy atmosphere is part of their charm. Try it out!

I've not been to nandos for quite some time and this visit made me happy I have done. I like the QR code style serving system, which prevents the long queues to order and pay which I'd grown accustomed to from past visits. Never been to this branch before but was not at all disappointed. Service was friendly and efficient and the food was cooked well and served promptly. The atmosphere is great and it wasn't so packed that all you can hear is other people. Enjoyable visit.
Decent Nando's in a nice setting (the new shopping area in Stafford). Nice rustic decor, and clean. Staff pleasant. The food has always been cooked and presented well for the kind of restaurant it is. Can get full on weekends, so might have to wait for a table on occasion. Plenty of nearby parking.
