   Two Dragons Martial Arts Academy has been the most beneficial experience thus far in my life. I've been attending classes for about 7 years, and the skills that I've developed range far and wide. My self-esteem and social skills have become instilled, along with self-discipline, good etiquette, and a positive outlook. The staff team are outstanding and are nothing short of perfect teachers who can be friends nonetheless. Sensei Lance does a consistently excelling job at running the club and making sure that everyone's needs are taken care of, and that we can all work at our best. 11/10 from me.

   I had never done anything like kickboxing, joined the ladies class just over 1.5 years ago and never looked back. There is a great community and Sensei Lance and the team make everyone feel welcome. There’s people of all backgrounds. LGBT friendly. Great laugh. Feeling fit as ever.

Two Dragons has helped me so much with my confidence and self esteem over the years which has impacted my school and career life in such a positive way :) I am now a black belt and world champion all thanks to the amazing staff and team at Two Dragons.
