   My children started here back In may and wow, from coming from another club to sharks has been the best thing we have done, they have learned more here in small amount of time at sharks than they did the whole time in first club, if you are looking for your children to be able to learn and develop skills this is the club you want to be at, the coaches are on a different level, they are amazing they support the children so much and they really do want them to do there best,

   I'll start by stating that this is not an unbiased view. I love my Sharks Kickboxing! I started about 4/5 years ago at the tender age of, I don't know, about 35 maybe. I'd not done much in the way of cardio or martial arts really. Just a bit going back to when I was 20 maybe. Having done a lot of weights, but barely any cardio, because, frankly it was boring, I figured going to kickboxing would be a bit more interesting. Mostly I've been with the Carmarthen club, but I've trained and graded several times at the Gorseinon club too. It's awesome. Very friendly and, for us, importantly, it's family friendly too. Sharks has actually become an extension of our family. All four of us train as often as we can, usually twice a week. It's made us a much fitter, healthier family and given us something that we can all do and enjoy together. If you want to build your strength, fitness and confidence whilst making some great new friends, give it a go. Egos are left at the door!
