    My daughter has been a student with Nikki for almost 7 years & my youngest son most recently attended the Littles class. I cannot express just how much of an amazing influence she has been on my daughter (particularly during these teen years). We have faced our fair share of ups & downs over the years with my daughter’s neurodivergence & Nikki’s understanding & support has been second to none! Even now, as the dance school has grown, ALL of Nikki’s teachers & helpers are all amazing with the students. Going above & beyond for these children is just second nature at NYD Cymru & it means the world to lots of family’s including my own. Nikki is more than just a dance teacher, to us she is more like family, celebrating our achievements even outside of dance & with us through tough milestones. She continues to build a fantastic dance school that is different in the very best ways & she is a truly selfless person we are very lucky to know ❤️

    Nikki is so lovely and welcoming. From the very first lesson she helped me just slot straight in even thought I had never done tap before. She's always happy to help make dances possible for any level, even with long term injuries. The new studio is looking amazing as well, and is getting better all the time! Nikki has also made video classes possible during lockdown that are just as instructive. Would highly recommend New You Dance Cymru.

    I started Adult Beginner tap classes in Jan 2020, after years of wanting to learn. I was nervous as at 59, with no previous dance experience, i thought i had left it too late! I needn't have worried as Nikki is a fabulous teacher and breaks each step down to give you confidence. Tap dancing is fun, good exercise and i have met some lovely people. I have enjoyed it so much and made good progress, so i have enrolled on the Grade 3 exam course too!
